Process
How We Work
Every family is different. We provide a personalised roadmap — not a generic list.
Family & Child Profile
Your child's academic background, character, strengths and growth areas, alongside the family's long-term goals and curriculum preferences are assessed together. This profile is the foundation of every decision.
KHDA & Curriculum Analysis
Dubai schools are inspected by KHDA. We filter Outstanding and Very Good rated schools against your child's profile, curriculum preference and budget. We analyse inspection report data on EAL provision, academic progress and governance. See our top 10 schools in Dubai guide and curriculum comparison guide.
Personalised School Shortlist
We present 3–5 school recommendations in a written report format. For each school: strengths, points to watch, fee structure and application timeline.
Application & Interview Preparation
We manage the application process together. Guidance on required documents, communication strategy and preparation for school interviews.
Post-Placement Support
We stay with you after your child starts school. We monitor the adaptation process and provide guidance when needed.
Why Free? Why Independent?
Some consultancies receive commissions from schools — which means their recommendations aren't truly unbiased. We take no commissions. Our recommendation is based on what's best for your child, not what a school pays us.
Fully Unbiased
We receive no fees or commissions from any school. Our only priority is your child.
KHDA Expertise
Deep expertise in reading and interpreting Dubai's school inspection reports.
Turkish Family Perspective
We've lived the difficulties of moving from Turkey to Dubai. We understand you.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should school selection be done in Dubai?
Ideally 3–6 months before relocating. Popular schools can have long waiting lists — for September entry, applying between January and March is advisable. Mid-year placement is possible but options are more limited.
Which curriculum suits Turkish children best?
It depends on your child's age, prior curriculum and the family's long-term plans. The British curriculum offers the most structural continuity from the Turkish system; IB stands out for flexibility and university preparation. See our IB, A-Level and American curriculum comparison.
What does a KHDA rating mean?
The KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) regularly inspects all private schools in Dubai and rates them Outstanding / Very Good / Good / Acceptable / Weak. These ratings are published in publicly available inspection reports and represent one of the most important objective criteria in school selection.
Why is the consultancy free?
We don't accept commissions from schools. This is how we guarantee our recommendations are completely unbiased. What matters to us is your child going to the right school — not which school pays more.
Can a child with limited English be accepted?
Yes. The vast majority of international schools in Dubai accept students with limited English through EAL (English as an Additional Language) programmes. We know which schools genuinely deliver this support well. Read more: Can a Child With Limited English Get Into Dubai Schools?
What happens in a school interview?
Schools typically assess the child's prior academic performance, English level and social adaptability. Some schools require a written or digital academic test — most IB and British-curriculum schools ask for a CAT4 test. In our interview preparation stage we work through what to focus on together.
Can I get support for more than one child?
Yes. We create a separate profile for each child — individual assessment and individual school recommendations based on different ages, characters and academic backgrounds.
