First Consultation — Free
We get to know your child, your family's expectations and your destination. This session is an exploratory conversation with no commitment. Together we decide which package fits your needs.
Profile Analysis
Your child's academic background, character, strengths and growth areas, alongside the family's long-term goals and curriculum preferences are assessed together. Where needed, we add the EduEntry academic assessment.
School Matching & Report
We filter by destination, curriculum, KHDA / Ofsted / local inspection ratings and budget. We present 3–5 school recommendations in written report format with strengths, points to note, fees and application timeline.
Application, Acceptance & Adaptation
In the 90-Day Comprehensive Support package: documents, school communications, interview preparation and post-acceptance adaptation follow-up are all included. We stay with you after your child starts their new school.

Which countries do you advise on?
We primarily advise on Dubai and the UAE, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy and Canada. We can also consult on other destinations and offer support based on our available experience and network.
How much does consultancy cost?
The first consultation is free. The 30-Day School Placement (Starter) package is AED 3,500 and the 90-Day Comprehensive Support package is AED 7,000. Both are one-time flat fees with no hidden charges.
Can we apply while still in Turkey?
Yes — all sessions and consultancy can be conducted online. We work with families who complete the application from Turkey and secure a school placement before relocating. This takes enormous pressure off the moving process.
How many schools do you recommend?
We typically present 3–5 school recommendations based on your child's profile, destination and budget. For each school we prepare a written report covering strengths, points to watch, fee structure and application timeline.
What happens if an application is rejected?
When building your shortlist we always identify more than one school so alternatives are ready if one doesn't accept. Where needed, we carry out fresh school research and support you on appeal or re-application strategy.
